2D floor plans show the basic outline of a property including walls, doorways, windows and entrances. This type of floor plan shows the layout of the rooms very clearly, and is a flat drawing, showing the property from above, without any depth. Basic 2D floorplans without dimensions are provided for FREE with every photo shoot. 2D floorplans with dimensions can be purchased separately.

This aerial photography service can be purchased by itself or as an add-on to another service. Wes Albanese Photography will capture 5 aerial photos of your property. This can be a great option if your property has key features surrounding it, or the property sits on a few acres. Wes uses the latest drones available to capture your images to make sure they are of the highest resolution. Wes is licensed (Part 107), and fully insured.
